Στην εικόνα αποδίδονται τέσσερις σκηνές από το Χριστολογικό και Θεομητορικό κύκλο. Αριστερά πάνω εικονίζεται η έγερση του Λαζάρου, δεξιά η Βαϊοφόρος. Κάτω αριστερά εικονίζεται η Πεντηκοστή και δεξιά η Κοίμηση της Θεοτόκου. Εικονογραφικά οι παραστάσεις αντιστοιχούν με τα γνωστά πρότυπα. Οι σκηνές ακολουθούνται από επιγραφές στην ρωσική γλώσσα.
Πιθανότατα πρόκειται για ένα φύλλο από τρίπτυχο. Σχετίζεται πιθανότατα με τις εικόνες 15_04-01_00215, 15_04-01_00217
