Ειδικό δοχείο από τσίγκο με λαβή και με επίπεδες επιφάνειες για την άντληση λαδιού από τη γούρνα στο ελαιοτριβείο και τη μεταφορά του στο μπιτόνι. Επειδή στη γούρνα συγκεντρώνεται το λαδί από την συμπίεση του καρπού μαζί με νερό, η επίπεδη επιφάνειά του δοχείου ερχόμενη σε επαφή με την επιφάνεια του λαδιού, γεμίζει με παράλληλη κίνηση, έτσι ώστε να γεμίζει μόνο με το λάδι που επιπλέει του νερού.
