Στο κέντρο της εικόνας δεσπόζει ο Χριστός Παντοκράτορας καθιστός να ευλογεί μέσα σε ωοειδή δόξα, που εγγράφεται σε κύκλο. Στον κύκλο απεικονίζονται η Παναγία και ο Ιωάννης ο Πρόδρομος σε στάση δέησης και ακολουθούν σε ομάδες απόστολοι, άγιοι, ιεράρχες, ασκητές και μάρτυρες, ενώ στο άνω μέρος διακρίνεται η Ετοιμασία του Θρόνου. Στις άνω γωνίες της εικόνας παριστάνονται δύο προφήτες ημίσωμοι να κρατούν ανεπτυγμένα ειλητάρια. Στο κάτω μέρος εικονίζεται ο Παράδεισος με τους προπάτορες Αβραάμ, Ισαάκ και Ιακώβ, να κρατούν τις ψυχές των δικαίων, ενώ ανάμεσά τους παριστάνεται ο δίκαιος ληστής κρατώντας σταυρό.
