Τρίπτυχο στο οποίο εικονίζονται δώδεκα συνολικά ιστορικές παραστάσεις. Στο αριστερό φύλλο ιστορούνται η Γέννηση και ο Ευαγγελισμός της Θεοτόκου, η Σταύρωση και η Ανάσταση του Χριστού. Στο κεντρικό φύλλο εικονίζονται ο Λίθος, η Υπαπαντή, η Ανάληψη και η Μεταμόρφωση. Στο δεξί φύλλο αποδίδονται η Βάπτιση του Χριστού, η Βαϊοφόρος, η Φιλοξενία του Αβραάμ και η Κοίμηση της Θεοτόκου.
