Κόλλα χαρτιού κολλημένη από την ανάποδη σε επιφάνεια σκληρού χαρτιού/ χαρτονιού, ίσως εξώφυλλο βιβλίου. Φέρει εικονογράφηση της Παναγίας βρεφοκρατούσας σε τέσσερις εικόνες, ανά δύο όμοιες και δύο όμοιες εικόνες του Προφήτη Ηλία.Στο κάτω μέρος των εικόνων υπάρχει επιγραφή σε κυριλλικό αλφάβητο.
