Παριστάνεται η Γέννηση του Χριστού. Στο κέντρο της σύνθεσης η Θεοτόκος μπροστά στο σπήλαιο με το Θείο Βρέφος. Αριστερά παριστάνονται άγγελοι και οι Τρεις Μάγοι. Δεξιά ένας βοσκός δέχεται το χαρμόσυνο μήνυμα από έναν άγγελο. Στην κάτω πλευρά εικονίζονται ο Ιωσήφ σκεπτικός και απομονωμένος συνοδευόμενος από έναν γέροντα βοσκό και η σκηνή του λουτρού.
