Σύνθεση χαλκογραφιών σλαβικών προτύπων σε ενιαίο ξύλο. Το μεγαλύτερο τμήμα καταλαμβάνει παράσταση της Αμπέλου, με τον Χριστό στο μέσον, να εικονίζεται καθήμενος και μετωπικός, να βαστά ανοιχτό ευαγγέλιο και να ευλογεί. Περιβάλλεται από τους δώδεκα αποστόλους μέσα σε μετάλλια, που σχηματίζει ο ελισσόμεονς βλαστός της Αμπέλου. Η υπόλοιπη επιφάνεια του ξύλου καλύπτεται από οκτ΄ψ μικρότερες χαλκογραφίες, με θέματα τον Παντοκράτορα Χριστό, Τα Εισόδια της Θεοτόκου, αταύτιστο μοναχό, τον άγιο Νικόλαο, τον Ευαγγελισμό της Θεοτόκου, τη Θεοτόκο Βρεφοκρατούσα, τη Θεοτόκο Γλυκοφιλούσα και Δυτικού τύπου Ανάσταση του Χριστού.
