Η προτομή της Παναγίας απεικονίζεται στον τύπο της Τριχερούσας. Κρατάει τον Χριστό με το δεξί της χέρι και φέρνει το αριστερό της χέρι μπροστά στο στήθος σε στάση δέησης. Στο κάτω μέρος της εικόνας βρίσκεται ένα τρίτο χέρι. Μορφές τριών αγίων εικονίζονται στο περιθώριο δεξιά και αριστερά. Κωδικός ΓΟΕ+ΑΡ. Ρωσικής προέλευσης.
