Γραπτά αποδίδονται μόνο τα πρόσωπα των μορφών. Η Θεοτόκος εικονίζεται ημίσωμη και αριστεροκρατούσασ σε παραλλαγή του γνωστού ιταλοκρητικού τύπο Madre della Consolazione. Ο Χριστός με το δεξί του χέρι ευλογεί, ενώ με το αριστερό βαστά σφαίρα. Στην ασξημένια επένδυση αποδίδονται εγχάρακτα φυτικά μοτίβα στο μαφόριο της Θεοτόκου και ελισσόμενοι μίσχοι στο ιμάτιο του Ιησού.
