Ρωσσική εικόνα. Κατά παράταξη, και όχι εντός μεταλλίου, απόδοση των Αγίων Πάντων, σε επάλληλες ζώνες γύρω από τον Χριστό, που αποδίδεται ένθρονος στον τύπο του Μεφάλου Αρχιερέως. Ο Χριστός στο μέσον αποδίδεται ένθρονος και μετωπικός, να βαστά ανοιχτό ευαγγέλιο και να ευλογεί. Είναι ενδεδυμένος με αρχιερατικό σάκο και μίτρα. Περιβάλλεται από τη Θεοτόκο και τον Πρόδρομο, που αποδίδονται σχεδόν ολόσωμοι και σε στάση δεήσεως, ενώ επάνω από τον Χριστό, προβάλλει μέσα από νεφελόσχημο άνοιγμα του ουρανού, το Άγιο Πνεύμα εντός μεταλλίου με τη μορφή Περιστεράς και ο Παλαιός των Ημερών ημίσωμος και μετωπικός, από τον Οποίον εκπέμπονται ακτίνες δόξης, να ευλογεί και με τα δύο Του χέρια. Οι Άγιοι Πάντες τοποθετούνται σε τέσσερις ανισοϋψείς ζώνες. Στην ανώτερη, παριστάνονται αρχάγγελοι, ημίσωμοι και αλληλοκαλυπτόμενοι σε προοπτική, με αυτοκρατορικά ενδύματα, να βαστούν σφαίρα. Στην αμέσως κατώτερη εικονίζονται ομοίως ημίσωμοι και ελαφρώς στραμμένοι προς τον Μεγάλο Αρχιερέα, δίκαιοι και προφήτες της Παλαιάς Διαθήκης. Στην κατώτερη ζώνη εικονίζονται πίσω από τη Θεοτόκο ιεράρχες και πίσω από τον Πρόδρομο οι απόστολοι του Χριστού, στην πρώτη σειρά ημίσωμοι, οι υπόλοιποι σε προοπτική. Στην τελευταία και πλατύτερη ζώνη τοποθετούνται ακριβώς κάτω από τον θρόνο του Μεγάλου Αρχιερέως οι ισαπόστολοι Κωνσταντίνος και Ελένη, να βαστούν τον Τίμιο Σταυρό. Τον Μέγα Κωνσταντίνο ακολουθούν στρατιωτικοί άγιοι, διάκονοι και μάρτυρες, ενώ την αγία Ελένη αγίες γυναίκες, όλοι τους ολόσωμοι και σε διαλεκτική μεταξύ τους στάση. Στην κατώτερη ζώνη αποδίδονται εντός του παραδείσου ένθρονοι και μετωπικοί οι Πατριάρχες του Ισραήλ, βαστώντας σε υφάσματα τις ψυχές των δικαίων, ενώ στην δεξιά γωνία τοποθετείται ο δίκαιος ληστής με τον σταυρό της σταυρώσεώς του. Ο παράδεισος παριστάνεται με έδαφος χλοερό και περικλείεται από κιγκλίδωμα στο βάθος.
